What to Expect This employee is primarily responsible for managing a queue of delinquent and non-delinquent accounts and investigating, monitoring, and resolving specialty accounts. The position will comply with internal policy and procedures on handling specialty accounts. All positions within the Operations Division are expected to collaborate cross[1]divisionally to achieve a seamless customer experience; this includes supporting other departments as necessary to meet the business need.
