The purpose of this job is to perform routine activities related to employee relations, policy and compliance matters. In this role you will: Assign, monitor and investigate team members and guest complaints; escalate when necessary Monitor and review background and MVR results; escalate when necessary Resolve common team member operational questions and concerns; escalate when necessary Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to resolve team member and guest issues Compile document requests as they relate to employee relations, DOL, EEOC and litigation threats Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
