Job Purpose and ImpactThe Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for driving sales enablement and engagement for Cargill’s McDonald’s Business Unit (MBU) through strategic communications, content management, and event coordination.  In this role, you will partner with MBU stakeholders, in North America and globally, to manage internal and external communications, develop and maintain SharePoint sites and sales tools, curate content for leadership and global meetings, and support planning for major customer and internal events. You will ensure alignment across MBU global teams, support strategic initiatives, and enhance seller effectiveness through organized processes, training, and collaboration.  Key Accountabilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of related work experience
  • Demonstrated experience to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining quality and deadlines
  • Experience collaborating with commercial leaders and account teams

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in executive-level communications, including preparing strategic presentations and business reviews.
  • Background in global account management or sales enablement within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Familiarity with food service or B2B commercial environments to support strategic customer relationships effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal and external communications support, including team updates, quarterly earnings summaries, and newsletters.
  • Lead and coordinate internal office events and global leadership meetings, including agenda development and speaker coordination; support planning, logistics, and execution for customer meetings, category reviews, and major events such as Egg Summit, Canola Academy, and Word Wide Convention.
  • Partner with MBU owners and cross-functional teams to curate content for quarterly business reviews (QBRs), global huddles, and strategic enablement initiatives.
  • Oversee adoption and maintenance of sales tools and processes to ensure alignment with global strategies and seller effectiveness
  • Provide content management and updates for MBU SharePoint, capabilities decks, and co-branded assets.
  • Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
