About The Position

In collaboration with the Director of Institutional Effectiveness, the Specialist - Program Review manages and coordinates the University’s program review process for all non-accredited programs. This role oversees the full lifecycle of program reviews, including planning, training, execution, and follow-up, and includes maintaining schedules, communicating with programs, developing and delivering training aligned with external requirements, coordinating reviewer selection, contracts, travel, and follow-up activities. This position contributes to program review outcomes that impact institutional funding through Quality Assurance Funding.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required from an accredited institution.
  • Three years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, academic administration, institutional effectiveness, or a related field.
