The Peer Review Coordinator supports the physician peer review and on-going improvement initiatives of the peer review process. This role collaborates with the medical staff leaders to drive process improvement and ensures patient safety. The position is full-time, day shift, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, and is an onsite role at the Yale Campus in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The coordinator will manage, collect, review, interpret, and analyze physician peer review data, facilitate physician leadership meetings, identify performance variances, establish procedures for tracking clinical performance issues, coordinate special projects, and report findings to executive leadership and medical staff president. The role requires independent judgment in making decisions involving non-routine problems under general supervision and involves frequent interaction with internal/external customers and healthcare professionals, including individuals at the Director level or above.
