Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift certification and proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to navigate inventory software and update records accurately.
  • Proficiency using RF (radio-frequency) scanners for inventory tracking.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming inventory.
  • Unload items from delivery trucks, which may require lifting heavy packages and operating forklifts or pallet jacks.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections to ensure the items received are in good condition and meet company standards.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update tracking systems in real time.
  • Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, warehouse procedures, and company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth inventory flow
