About The Position

This is a full-time position with benefits for our Logistics Department. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES: -Ensures all receiving, storage, and material handling activities support efficient production flow across the campus. -Coordinates inbound deliveries and dock appointments with freight brokers, carriers, and internal teams. -Receives incoming deliveries of raw materials, packaging, consumables, POS, and production supplies; verifies quantities, lot numbers, and documentation. -Cross-references purchase orders and packing slips; executes Goods Receipt POs in the ERP system accurately and promptly. -Manages inventory transactions within Orchestrated Beer/ERP including POs, transfers, and related documentation. -Gathers, stages, and delivers materials to production teams as needed. -Consolidates and properly stores materials returned from production areas. -Utilizes FIFO practices for all raw materials and packaging. -Coordinates monthly inventory counts and assists with reconciliation of discrepancies. -Monitors inventory levels and communicates material status to Purchasing to ensure continuity of supply. -Coordinates bulk packaging materials inventory, keg logistics reporting, and pallet procurement as required. -Assists Distribution Team with order building coverage when needed. -Maintains safe, clean, and organized warehouse and dock areas, including outdoor areas during seasonal conditions. -Adheres to OSHA and company safety standards; reports unsafe conditions or incidents promptly. -Maintains accurate records and submits required paperwork to appropriate staff. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE: Previous receiving, warehouse, logistics, or inventory management experience strongly preferred. Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems preferred. Forklift operation experience and ability to maintain certification. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, and clearance required to operate company fleet vehicles including box trucks. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly and maneuver heavier items (including kegs up to 165 lbs) with assistance or mechanical support. Ability to stand for extended periods, walk frequently, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required. Ability to work occasionally outdoors in varying weather conditions and temperatures. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across departments. Requirements
