The Property Training Specialist should have a working knowledge of multi-family, affordable, market-rate property management and learning management systems (LMS), including: Minimum 3-5 years of on-site apartment property management experience OR 1 year of experience in a training role at the corporate level for an apartment management company. Property Management Software, Yardi Products preferred Experience using a Customer Relationship (CRM) platform such as Grace Hill or Yardi Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS), Yardi, or Grace Hill Ancillary services such as Renter's Insurance, Payment Processing, Screening, and Revenue Management systems Asana preferable Microsoft productivity systems such as SharePoint, Office 365, and Outlook Google productivity systems such as Google Suite, Gmail, and Google Meet. Strong customer service background. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Comfortable speaking to large groups and facilitating training sessions Adaptability to adjust training approaches based on the audience's needs Ability to travel up to 30% of the time by car or plane as needed Responsibilities: Responsible for facilitating training across various property management processes, systems, and tools to ensure team members are equipped for success Manage and maintain training content within the LMS, ensuring courses are updated as policies and procedures evolve. Support compliance initiatives through effective change management. Partner on project rollout plans, providing training support and assisting with issue resolution Develop training content and resources, including documentation and knowledge base materials Deliver training in both one-on-one and group settings, virtually and onsite at communities Collaborate with the Training Manager on process improvements, feedback collection, and training program enhancements Stay informed on industry trends, best practices, and software updates to ensure training remains current and effective Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics, and adjust programs as needed Partner with operations and leasing teams to identify training needs and skill gaps Contribute to a positive learning culture by promoting continuous development and professional growth The duties, responsibilities, and expectations described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the employee, within the scope of the position.
