The Specialist, People provides strong day-to-day HR execution and employee relations support to assigned teams. This role focuses on consistent implementation of people programs, disciplined documentation, compliance adherence, and responsive process guidance to managers and employees. The Specialist works closely with the Lead, People Partner, escalating complex, high-risk, or strategic matters while independently managing routine HR processes and standard employee relations cases. This role also supports ongoing HR compliance efforts by monitoring regulatory developments and researching emerging HR trends to keep the People team informed. This position is ideal for an HR professional who is detail-oriented, compliance-minded, and skilled at executing day-to-day people processes within established frameworks.
