About The Position

As a New Member Journey Specialist, you would be responsible for onboarding our newest members into the NMJ program. For every new member, this individual will assist in scheduling an NMJ welcome call, selling and setting dates for an NMJ vacation, and providing take home collateral. Requirements

Excellent and confident communication skills
Basic vacation ownership product knowledge

Responsibilities

Provide a warm welcome and an extension of confidence and trust in their new purchase, by providing a new member collateral
Schedule a 14-day welcome call
Sell a NMJ vacation and schedule vacation
Provide each member with collateral outlining welcome call date/time, NMJ vacation travel dates/locations and review online access timeframe
Provide seamless handoff to Quality Assurance team member
If applicable, call members to offer a NMJ vacation package
Provide outstanding customer care when interacting with members and guests

Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures
