About The Position

As an NMJ Confirmations Agent, you will ensure a seamless new member experience by confirming package details with members, owners, and guests, verifying accuracy and qualifications, and updating records in Clarity/VOICE. You’ll also handle guest concerns, rebook missed tours promptly, and review tour details for accuracy to support successful bookings and overall company success. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent telephone and customer relation skills
  • Strong administrative skills; detail oriented.
  • Able to meet productivity standards.

Responsibilities

  • Calls and confirms all members, owners, and guests to review the details of their package.
  • Verifies all information is correct and guest fully qualified
  • Updates all guest lists and notes in Clarity/VOICE to show the most up to date guest information.
  • Handles all guest issues as they arise during the confirmation process and performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Tracks all members, owners, and guests who no show their tour and call them within two (2) hours to rebook the tour.
  • Reviews tour for accuracy in booking, not limited to but including, correct tour time, box code, event coordinator, market program, notes, and off property contact.
