About The Position

The Specialist, Mobile Marketing is instrumental in executing mobile-first campaigns that drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. The Specialist in Mobile Marketing utilizes a data-driven approach and prioritizes customer satisfaction to ensure the delivery of timely, relevant, and effective mobile communications. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, technical execution, and analytical rigor to support the growth of our mobile marketing program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital or mobile marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience with mobile marketing platforms.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with mobile compliance standards and best practices.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Execute SMS, push notification, and in-app messaging campaigns from concept through deployment, including segmentation, copywriting, QA, and performance tracking.
  • Maintain the mobile marketing calendar and ensure alignment with broader brand and promotional strategies.
  • Partner with merchandising, creative, and digital teams to support omnichannel campaigns and product launches.
  • Support subscriber growth through acquisition tactics and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and report on campaign KPIs (e.g., CTR, opt-out rate, conversion) and short code performance.
  • Analyze campaign results and user behavior to optimize messaging strategies and improve ROI.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and privacy regulations (e.g., TCPA, CCPA) and Brand guidelines.
