Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist with 5+ years of experience in the technology and/or telecom industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content development, and demand generation programs. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and marketing project management to drive integrated campaigns and deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing within the technology or telecom sector.
  • Proven expertise working in tools including but not limited to content management systems, digital marketing and lead gen tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, Sales Navigator, Salesforce, SharePoint, Seismic).
  • Skill test maybe required.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, lead gen, and demand gen strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and a self-starter with a proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (email, social media, content syndication, paid ads, etc.).
  • Own content creation initiatives include blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and video content to support brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Design and manage demand generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and support sales pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and product positioning.
  • Work with marketing project management teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage content in internal sites for team members to use for business needs.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends and bring innovative ideas to the table to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism in all interactions.
