Requirements

• Manage high volume of requests/emails
• Troubleshooting

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Statement of Work (SOW) submittal request process to ensure SOWs are completed accurately and timely.
• Execution of New Vendor Registration Processes
• Continuous review and administration of invoice portal activity
• Administer CEU accredited programs
