About The Position

ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is hiring an Incentive Administration Specialist to join our Accounting team at our corporate office in Newburgh, Indiana. The primary purpose of the Incentive Administration Specialist is to administer the organizations incentive plan payments and manage the systems and vendor relationships used to calculate and process such payments. This role supports the implementation of plan changes, oversees and enhances calculation configurations, and serves as a key backup resource for payroll and accounting functions. This role will work closely with Payroll, Accounting, and Human Resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Business or related field
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of payroll, incentive processing, and/or accounting experience

Nice To Haves

  • Five (5) years of payroll/accounting related experience
  • Experience with a wide variety of incentive programs
  • Experience with ADP WFN platform
  • Experience with SAP Commissions

Responsibilities

  • Calculates quarterly commission/incentive payments based on plan provisions and verifies and follows through, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payments as outlined in the plans
  • Contributes to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data, and automate processes, reconciliations, and reporting
  • Serves as a technical resource regarding incentive software, policies and procedures
  • Responds to inquiries and provides information concerning payroll and incentive related calculations; investigates and resolves discrepancies
  • Supports the Payroll Manager on day-to-day administration and assisting with special projects and initiatives
  • Gathers data for payment calculation, monthly accruals and analysis (benefits, incentives, payroll and leave) utilizing spreadsheets, systems, or dedicated computer programs
  • Assists with plan compliance activities including timely filings and collecting data for annual plan audits and valuations
  • Ensures overall payroll data and compensation data integrity by supervising vendor interfaces and storing key documents
  • Performs system configuration duties related to incentives and payroll
  • Performs monthly account reconciliations resolving any discrepancies
  • Acts in accordance with the organizations information security, HR, and corporate policies
  • Other tasks, duties, and responsibilities as assigned
