About The Position

Responsible for maintenance of resort units. Assist Guest Services, Front Desk and Housekeeping Departments. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Skilled in carpentery and masonary. Ability to lift 50-75 pounds on a flat surface and up a flight of stairs . • Have a “Can-Do Aloha” attitude at all times for guests and teammates. • Complete maintenance work orders efficiently. • Complete preventative maintenance inspections and repair deficiencies. • Assist guests upon request with luggage and room moves. • Keep maintenance shop clean, organized and safe. • Perform daily PMCS on gold cart prior to use. • Track daily work. • Perform other duties as assigned. • High School Diploma or equivalent additional experience. • One year or more of maintenance experience. • Understanding of plumbing, electricity, carpentry and overall maintenance. • Basic understanding of general repair and troubleshooting problems. • Attention to customer service with a professional and pleasant personality. • Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays. #imvwro Marriott Vacations Worldwide is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
