The Facility Maintenance Specialists organize and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for the Nashville, TN area locations to ensure the safety and quality of our clinics.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
• Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and climb, as needed, for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to pull, push, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Ability to travel to locations within the designated area.

Responsibilities

• Inspects each office monthly to ensure preventive maintenance is provided.
• Respond to requests for maintenance issues, providing the scheduled time to the SA and Facility Director.
• Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
• Report any issues or concerns to the Director of Facilities.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
