The Facility Maintenance Specialists organize and coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance for the Nashville, TN area locations to ensure the safety and quality of our clinics.

Requirements

3 years of experience preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods.
Working knowledge of tools and equipment.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Ability to stand, bend, and climb, as needed, for prolonged periods of time.
Ability to pull, push, climb, and lift at least 50 pounds.
Ability to travel to locations within the designated area.

Responsibilities

Inspects each office monthly to ensure preventive maintenance is provided.
Respond to requests for maintenance issues, providing the scheduled time to the SA and Facility Director.
Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
Report any issues or concerns to the Director of Facilities.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
