About The Position

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at MMC. This role will be based in New York, New Jersey, Boston, Atlanta, or Chicago. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As an HR Operations Analyst - HCM, you will develop high-quality business solutions in an agile context that deliver valued business outcomes and facilitate informed decisions. You will identify areas for improvement within business processes, systems, and user experience, driving optimization of operating models across MMC. We will count on you to: Work directly with HR and CIS-HR teams to support the Workday system for Human Resources (HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning). Ensure the Workday system is up-to-date and participate in the design, implementation, and support of new features and enhancements. Coordinate technical projects and custom development on Workday Extend, implementing testing procedures and creating documentation and standards. Independently address issues and design decisions of moderate to high complexity, interfacing with the technical Workday team. Deliver clear communication and documentation of complex concepts related to applications, interfaces, data structures, and workflows. What you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field with experience in business analysis or a similar discipline. Prior experience working with the Workday system across Human Resources modules including HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, and Learning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledgeable in enterprise requirements such as security, data, and business needs. Expertise in Workday business process definitions, condition and validation rules, security configurations, and custom report development. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person. The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $132,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. Requirements
