About The Position

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients and internal staff. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our online training platform and maintaining our clients' satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with online training platforms or learning management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, and remote assistance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our online training platform, including login and access problems, system errors, and other technical issues.
  • Collaborate with our development and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues and improve the overall user experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for common issues and solutions.
  • Assist with the setup and configuration of new client accounts and provide training and support to clients as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed.
