About The Position

Animal Farm Family LLC is a holding company for three rapidly growing e-commerce companies: Gorilla Mind (gorillamind.com) - Fitness & health supplements store centering around pre-workout, post-workout, protein, and products to support all fitness goals. Happy Hippo (happyhippo.com) - The world’s leading online kratom retailer, along with other popular botanical and herbal supplements. Intelligent Shop (intelligent.shop) - A brand new men’s lifestyle products store, creating innovative new products to help men become the best version of themselves. To support our continued growth and success, we are seeking to expand our team with a talented IT Support Specialist who can work in-person at our offices in Boise, ID.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience using, troubleshooting and configuring MacOS along with a working knowledge of Windows and Linux/Unix systems.
  • Proficiency with the Google ecosystem, including: Google Admin Console: user/group management, policy configuration, directory integrations, SSO, etc. Google Marketing & Analytics tools: Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads Google Cloud Console
  • Experience with MDM/endpoint management platforms (Mosyle, SCCM, InTune, etc.)
  • Experience with IT ticketing and project management systems, including creating projects, estimating timelines and deliverables, and tracking work to completion.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Self-starter who works well independently.
  • Valid driver's license (occasional travel to local offices required).
  • Every applicant is expected to have 2+ years of industry experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with modern technology stacks and ability to adapt quickly to new tools.
  • E-commerce platform experience, particularly Shopify: multi-store management, user roles, permissions, and policy configuration
  • Familiarity with leveraging AI/LLMs to enhance workflows.
  • Desire to be a subject matter expert when it comes to the bleeding edge of AI and its rapid growth in the workplace.
  • Experience with the Ubiquiti suite of applications and hardware.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues that other employees experience with their computers, applications, systems, processes, and tools.
  • Install, configure, maintain, update and support new software, systems, hardware, printers, networking equipment, other devices and components.
  • Setup employee workstations, including computers, monitors, peripheral devices, and effectively manage cables.
  • Provide guidance and train other employees on how to operate software and equipment.
  • Organize and schedule regular maintenance and updates without impacting other departments and employees productivity.
  • Regularly evaluate systems and infrastructure to ensure they are fully functional, secure, and meet all business requirements.
  • Maintain records, logs, documentation, and regularly update support tickets with notes, procedures, maintenance steps, details, resources and other relevant information.
  • Identify computer or network equipment shortages and place orders for new equipment.
  • Create and manage user profiles, security, permissions, and access.
  • Manage, organize, provision, delegate and track equipment and assets.
  • Assist with the design, implementation and ongoing support of new equipment and software systems.
  • Conduct meetings with third-parties, vendors and business partners.
