About The Position

As a Specialist, Influencer Relations, you will play a key role in shaping Goodyear’s influencer marketing strategy and driving impactful social content across global brands. You’ll help establish content pillars, collaboration guidelines, and KPIs while advising influencer efforts across regions to ensure campaigns build brand equity and cultural relevance. In this role, you’ll partner with Social Media Managers and Regional Marketing teams to share insights and best practices, ensuring influencer activations drive awareness, engagement, and purchase intent. Additionally, you’ll lead influencer strategy for the iconic Goodyear Blimp—creating unique experiences that strengthen brand affinity and elevate its cultural presence. What You’ll Do • Lead end‑to‑end influencer partnerships, including strategic vetting, outreach, contract negotiation, creative collaboration, and content review across all Goodyear brands and markets. • Execute global and regional influencer activations, monitor KPIs, and deliver actionable performance insights and recommendations to leadership. • Design and implement Goodyear’s global influencer strategy, establishing governance, scalable processes, and best‑practice frameworks through the Global Center of Excellence. • Develop creative briefs and campaign structures aligned with brand objectives, global content pillars, and culturally relevant storytelling that strengthens brand identity. • Partner closely with regional marketing teams to guide local influencer initiatives, ensure global alignment, and share insights that enhance consistency and impact across markets. • Manage and mentor an associate while serving as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to Social Media Managers and regional teams. • Build, maintain, and evolve influencer guidelines, operational processes, and performance standards to drive efficiency and excellence across all brands and markets. • Provide comprehensive management of influencer partnerships tied to Goodyear Airships (Blimp), including strategy, influencer selection, outreach, contract coordination, creative briefing, and KPI reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 or more years of experience (relevant/professional) working in influencer relations at either a corporation or agency.
  • Deep knowledge of influencer management tools (CreatorIQ, Captiv8, Aspire, GRIN, etc.)

Nice To Haves

  • Extensive experience with influencer research, identification, outreach, management, negotiation and creative content collaboration.
  • Experience in social media management.
  • Experience in influencer measurement.
  • Experience with influencer marketing best practices, processes, governance and management.
  • Proven experience leading influencer collaborations at all levels (mega influencer, macro influencer, micro influencer and nano influencer).
  • Deep knowledge of the social media and influencer landscape, functionality of the platforms and channels, new and emerging influencers, trends and consumer behaviors.
  • Deep knowledge of social media and influencer marketing metrics.
  • Social-first mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to create standards, benchmarks and processes for global application.
  • Ability to ideate and oversee engaging, social-first content that drives engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage projects independently.
