Specialist III, Compensation (multiple positions available) Location: Miami, FL Multiple Positions Available: 1. Perform deep analysis on effectiveness and competitiveness of existing compensation programs and model potential impact of alternatives. 2. Effectively partner with HR and Business client to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues. 3. Provide guidance to the business and develop creative solutions on a variety of total compensation issues including the setting of appropriate pay levels, base pay, annual incentive pay and stock compensation. 4. Partner with the business to develop variable incentive compensation programs, as needed. 5. Conduct custom surveys with key industry contacts, as needed. 6. Up to 30% domestic and international travel required. 7. Partial telecommuting permitted; employees will be required to report to office multiple days per week. Experience must include: 1. 2 years of experience in creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. 2. 2 years of experience preparing and conducting audits. 3. 2 years of experience with advanced Excel and Peoplesoft. 4. 2 years of experience with core compensation terminology and best practices.
