As a Specialist I, Talent Acquisition (TA), you will be responsible for planning and executing a full-cycle, creative recruiting strategy for assigned positions to identify, attract, and secure the best talent for the Company. This includes proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding candidates. You will serve as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers across the organization to ensure an efficient recruitment process and a positive candidate experience. In this role, you will also design, create, and distribute Talent Acquisition collateral across approved recruitment channels to expand and strengthen the Company’s employment brand. Beyond recruitment, you will play a core role in planning and facilitating various TA initiatives such as New Hire Orientation, the Shure Intern Program, and more. This is the ideal role for an early-career professional with a creative mind and a passion for recruitment. This position is hybrid, based out of the Niles, IL corporate headquarters.
