Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and KPIs.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Deputy GM in monitoring daily production schedules and output.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as throughput, downtime, and yield.
Help coordinate shift activities to ensure production targets are met.
Support implementation and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Identify and escalate process inefficiencies or production issues.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Maintain accurate production logs, work orders, and inventory records.
Compile data for management reviews and operational meetings.
Liaise with quality, maintenance, supply chain, and engineering teams.
Coordinate with supervisors and line leads to address production challenges.
Support communication between shop floor personnel and leadership.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
Assist with quality checks and audits as needed.
Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Manage scheduling, meeting coordination, and follow-ups for the Deputy GM.
Prepare presentations, summaries, and action item trackers.
Handle special projects and ad hoc assignments.
