About The Position

The Corporate Services Specialist will support in creating an exceptional workplace experience for employees of LG Energy Solution Arizona, Inc. (LGESAZ). This role will provide a wide scope of people-oriented services such as, but not limited to, office management, corporate events, procurement of general or subsidized goods, as well as LGES expatriate soft-landing support on matters related to immigration and company and community localization. The Corporate Services Specialist will also be responsible for performing administrative duties as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or relevant equivalent experience
  • Candidate must be able to perform occasional lifting of objects of up to 50 lbs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate computer and Microsoft Excel skills are required
  • Ability to work flexible hours, when needed, to support new hire onboarding and other areas of responsibility

Nice To Haves

  • Handling administrative responsibilities in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred
  • Experience with SAP software and benefits systems is preferred
  • Requires the ability to use good judgment and discretion with highly confidential business information

Responsibilities

  • Partner with attorney(s) to process immigration documents of expatriates on assignment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and Standard Operating Procedures
  • Oversee property and employee service vendors, including landscaping, janitorial, cafeteria, and food vending services
  • Organize corporate events such as scalable meetings, workshops, ceremonies, and employee appreciation events
  • Manage general goods, office supplies, subsidies and services
  • Develop improvement plans for the facility
  • Collaborate with teams to optimize office layouts and seating plan for efficiency and aesthetics
  • Enhance the overall office environment including ideation and implementation of improvements to decor, signage, and common areas
  • Manage the company fleet vehicles, mobile and stationary phone programs
  • Handle business card requests promptly and efficiently
  • General administrative support (electronic approvals, invoices, and vendor registrations)
  • Provide soft-landing services for LGES expatriates with housing, vehicle-lease, insurance, phone, onboarding, etc.
