This position is responsible for developing and implementing market-driven initiatives to increase enrollment. It involves developing and building strong relationships with key growth partners, including health plans, brokers, and community-based organizations. The role also requires collaboration with key internal partners to support membership growth and customer service. Additionally, the Specialist supervises the field-based Marketing team to successfully meet/exceed production goals, provides training, shadowing, mentoring, and monitoring of staff activities, and models and teaches best practices to assist with team development and goal attainment.
