Requirements

  • High School Diploma, required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, customer service, or materials management, preferably in agriculture, chemical, or manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with order processing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
  • Experience with financial systems (Oracle preferred) and/or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree or technical diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agriculture, Business, or related field, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process orders and maintain accurate system entries.
  • Manage raw materials documentation and compliance.
  • Support international processing and maintain required standards.
  • Oversee warehousing documentation and regulatory adherence.
  • Prepare and update daily, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Track natural gas usage and update reports daily.
  • Resolve customer complaints and support incident documentation.
  • Record acid shipments and material consumption.
  • Provide COAs and required statistical documents.
  • Enter pricing, process invoices, and validate shipment records.
  • Maintain logistics, customer, and inventory files.
  • Prepare freight bills and negotiate rates with carriers.
  • Coordinate rail activities and track railcar movement.
  • Ensure transportation compliance with all regulations.
  • Complete month‑end verifications and prepare journal entries.
  • Produce SQC graphs, control limits, and other monthly reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual shipments and forecasting reports.
  • Conduct SF/SF and HARCP audits.
  • Manage and prepare for customer audits.
  • Support logistics center policy compliance.
  • Prepare acid orders and monitor shipments for multiple sites.
  • Prepare sales and use tax documentation.
  • Maintain forecasting and production planning for all assigned sites.
  • Order required raw materials and monitor inventories.
  • Maintain supply chain needs for a multi-product distribution line.
  • Follow all Nutrien policies and safety requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulatory standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of forecasting, inventory, and production planning.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and company policies.
