Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.

Nice To Haves

• Proficiency with document imaging systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is a plus.
• DME insurance verification knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete Insurance Verifications accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate insurance changes with the Billing Department, Authorization team and/or Intake and Refill departments.
• Create Sales orders for new referrals and update sales orders to reflect correct insurance
