About The Position

About the Role Entegris is seeking a Customer Enablement Specialist in Chaska, MN to join our North America Commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for increas ing Revenue and Customer Satisfaction in Entegris’ House Account Segment . This will be accomplished through diligent focus on resolving difficult and complex Customer problems and driving for higher efficiency with internal processes .

Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years in Sales
  • proficiency in MS Office
  • strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Interface with assigned House Account Customers for mature product lines and reoccurring Revenue
  • Lead House Account inquiries through the Sales process and win potential Opportunities
  • Use Solution Selling techniques to enhance and expand Entegris’ product offering beyond House Account’s initial inquiries to grow Revenue
  • Lead internal actions to resolve House Account Customer issues
  • Monitor purchase history via SAP or Power Bi to identify additional sale opportunities and House Accounts that should be assigned to sales
  • Provide up to date and accurate forecasts for assigned accounts
  • Provide annual, or as needed, Pricing updates to North American House Accounts
  • Partner with Finance and other related functions for escalation resolution of Accounts Receivables
  • Support Customer Enablement team with Priority and Allocation tasks to ensure highest levels of Customer Satisfaction per CXI metric
  • Collaborate cross functionally and across divisions to track and drive improvements in on-time shipments
  • Ensure Quality and PCNs are communicated correctly with Customer and stay on schedule
  • Continually build strong Customer relationships that provide key insights into the business
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support team and organizational goals.
