We are searching for the best talent for a Specialist, Commercial Operations Sales Support based in Raynham, MA or West Chester, PA. Purpose: Entry to developing individual contributor, who works under close supervision. Contributes to implementing methods and procedures that enhance sales capabilities by integrating best-in-class sales practices, designing enablement tools, and installing sales and customer management systems that promote an environment of continuous improvement and ultimately lead to accelerated sales growth and business opportunities. Ensures sales operations and enablement objectives align with the organization's goals and business strategy by actively participating in the development of sales incentives, operational programs, and resources allocation for the Sales Enablement area. The Sales Support Team is responsible for assisting with the critical execution of billing and revenue processes that support the sales organization. The team plays a key role in developing and deploying strategies that drive sales growth objectives by ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely billing. As an important enabler of business performance, the team helps accelerate speed‑to‑revenue across sales geographies within the Spine business. Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.
