Job Overview Macy’s loyalty marketing team is seeking a marketer with campaign management, omnichannel marketing, and partnerships experience. This position is ideal for an individual looking to work with internal and external marketing professionals in a high-performance, results driven retail environment. The Specialist, Loyalty Partnerships is responsible for supporting execution of Macy’s external loyalty partnership strategy as well as managing internal relationships to drive member engagement via strategic lifecycle offers. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or university
  • 3-5 years related experience
  • Practices open and continuous communication, values keeping others informed, effectively presenting information in a clear, concise manner.
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically and technically
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and Company needs.
  • Knowledge of MS Office computer programs are required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree, marketing preferred.
  • Experience with credit and/or loyalty marketing strategies preferred.
  • Retail experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sr. Manager, Loyalty Offers to develop Macy’s loyalty partnership strategy, including objectives, go to market plan, and technology and communication roadmap.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of key partnerships including implementation, execution and management - proactively source partnerships that enhance customer value, execute plans to optimize assets, and manage day-to-day partner communications.
  • Develop ad hoc strategic loyalty offers, in partnership with marketing effectiveness team, analytics and merchandise marketing partners.
  • Develop test plans to drive innovation, measure effectiveness in achieving key loyalty KPIs, driving incremental customer lifetime value and identifying optimal offer calendars.
  • Influence internal partners to create and grow credit and loyalty marketing promotions/programs, while ensuring strategic alignment, win-win solutions, brand compliance and creative effectiveness.
  • Manage Macy’s omnichannel customer experience and roadmap related to partnerships and offers.
  • Analyze and report partnership and offer results and performance to key stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on competitive loyalty activities and design programs to ensure competitive response.
