As a Program Marketing Manager at RealTime Solutions, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and participation in the Foodservice Rewards program. This role is highly execution-focused, translating brand strategy and messaging into effective, measurable marketing initiatives across channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role owns day-to-day campaign execution, coordination of marketing deliverables, and performance tracking. You will work crossfunctionally to ensure campaigns are launched on time, aligned with program priorities, and continuously optimized based on results.
