About The Position

As a Program Marketing Manager at RealTime Solutions, you will be responsible for executing and managing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and participation in the Foodservice Rewards program. This role is highly execution-focused, translating brand strategy and messaging into effective, measurable marketing initiatives across channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role owns day-to-day campaign execution, coordination of marketing deliverables, and performance tracking. You will work crossfunctionally to ensure campaigns are launched on time, aligned with program priorities, and continuously optimized based on results. Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in marketing project leadership, preferably in a B2B or B2C loyalty.
  • 3+ years of experience executing marketing campaigns, preferably within loyalty, rewards, or engagement programs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience tracking performance metrics and using data to inform optimization
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within or alongside foodservice, CPG, or hospitality industries is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns for the Foodservice Rewards program, including email, promotional, and partner initiatives, ensuring projects launch on time and align with program goal.
  • Support campaign planning in collaboration with the Director of Marketing and marketing team, translating strategy into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with design, digital, and sales teams to develop campaign assets, manage approvals, and maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Assist in managing manufacturer co-promotions, including campaign setup, asset coordination, and post-campaign performance reporting.
  • Maintain and execute lifecycle marketing initiatives, including segmentation, automation support, and testing to improve engagement and participation.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform future optimizations and program growth.
