Requirements

  • Proven experience in building controls and HVAC systems, including programming and troubleshooting building management systems.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners.
  • Ability to analyze building performance data and implement proactive solutions to optimize energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
  • Expertise in adapting building control strategies to address trends, alarms, and manufacturer recalls.
  • Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Commitment to safety, compliance, and ethical standards in all aspects of work.

  • The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00
  • The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
  • Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
  • Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
