Provide expert guidance and support to team members, fostering continuous learning and adaptation to change. What you'll bring: Proven experience in building controls and HVAC systems, with strong knowledge of building management systems. Ability to diagnose, program, and implement building control solutions that enhance performance and sustainability. Skilled in analyzing trends, alarms, and work orders to proactively address system issues and optimize energy use. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with managers, coworkers, and customers. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00 The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
