Base salary starts at $30.65/hour E S S E N T I A L F U N C T I O N S Manages internal and external special projects in coordination with other departments and/or organizations on behalf of the Senior Team. Researches and prepares materials, talking points, speech drafts or presentations and proposals on a variety of workforce development matters for key internal or external audiences. May schedule, prepare materials and notes, and ensure follow-up for various stakeholder meeting including staff, community or other meetings. Drafts and edits various documents including internal/external correspondence. Creates and maintains files, reviews drafts and finished documents for accuracy and grammar, including documents of a sensitive or confidential nature. Participates in meetings, taskforces and workgroups both internal and eternally on behalf of the Senior Team. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with emphasis on Business or related field required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of relevant work experience required.
  • Ability to successfully perform the essential functions of this job under limited supervision required.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to promote positive guest relations and professionalism.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including but not limited to: a friendly personality, tact, patience, empathy and a helpful, professional attitude both in person and on the telephone.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff, managers and the general public verbally and in writing.
