Special Projects Associate

GlossGeniusNew York, NY
3d$120,000 - $160,000Hybrid

About The Position

GlossGenius is building an ecosystem enabling entrepreneurs to succeed. We empower small business owners to focus on being creators, not admins, by offering a range of business management tools including booking and scheduling, marketing, analytics, payment processing and much more. Over 100,000 small business owners have chosen to rely on GlossGenius every day to run their entire set of business operations. Joining its powerful, intuitive platform with its vibrant, distinguished brand, GlossGenius is the ideal combination of a fintech, SMB software, and consumer company all in one. We're looking for a Special Projects Associate to work directly with our Chief Business Officer on high-impact initiatives that accelerate GlossGenius's growth. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and can turn strategic ideas into operational reality. You'll tackle our most pressing opportunities - from testing new marketing channels to building AI-powered systems that multiply our team's capacity. You'll be an operator who gets hands-on with building scalable solutions, owning high impact projects, and driving measurable business outcomes. If you're energized by variety, rapid iteration, and the chance to shape how a fast-growing company operates, this is your opportunity. You’ll report to the Chief Business Officer. You must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

  • A great communicator who has the ability to influence and build alignment across the organization
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to design clean experiments and interpret data
