About The Position

The Senior Associate of Special Projects provides high-level support to the Office of the CEO, with a primary focus on preparing briefing materials, conducting research, and managing special projects as they arise. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who can anticipate needs, manage multiple priorities, and handle sensitive information with discretion. The Senior Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for speaking engagements, meetings, and travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership, executive offices, or special projects (preferred)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong research, Strong quantitative and analytical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong ability to work on a fast-paced collaborative team and be independently proactive
  • Personal attitude that includes being entrepreneurial, action-oriented, collaborative, flexible, with a willingness to adapt to changing situations and a good sense of humor

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Prepare briefing documents, talking points, background research, and summaries for the CEO’s speaking engagements, meetings, and events
  • Conduct research on a wide range of topics to support executive decision-making and external communications
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative empirical research on a variety of topics, including finance, health economics, demographics, global markets, human capital, policy, and job formation;
  • Collect, clean, and summarize pertinent economic, financial, and demographic data;
  • Coordinate and support logistics related to meetings, events, and travel, as needed
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion
  • Draft and edit written materials with a high degree of accuracy and professionalism
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Provide general administrative and strategic support to the CEO as needed
  • Duties as assigned
