Duties and Responsibilities Load and unload trucks for special events Setting up POS at events when required and responsible for gathering at the end of the event. Responsible for servicing customers at events under TABC guidelines (stocking rotating beer) Clean draught lines monthly as scheduled in North and South County Manage safety and cleanliness of company vehicle while operating Document and monitor beer dates at large venues Check in and out product from Capital's warehouse Must follow all Safety Policies Perform other duties as assigned. Work closely and assist the Special Events Manager as needed Key Skills and Competencies Able to effectively communicate, update, persuade, and/or facilitate discussions with all level of management Interpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other business areas and government agencies as required Planning and organizational skills necessary to coordinate workload around multiple events Ability to maintain business relationships with customers while in the market Minimum Qualifications Must have a High School Diploma / GED 2 years of adult beverage, product sales or hospitality experience Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license Must be 21 years of age or older Able to work Weekends and Overtime Ability to perform other work related duties as assigned Physical Requirements Physical demands include a substantial amount of time spent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, stooping, climbing stairs, bending, kneeling, and twisting.
