About The Position

As part of our expanding portfolio, we are looking for self-motivated individuals to assist with events and grow into campaign management roles, helping develop new clients. This position is a key member of the Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator. Our hands-on Special Events Training Program provides exposure to marketing, advertising, sales, public relations, and management. Requirements

  • Availability to work some nights and weekends for events
  • Own vehicle required; all travel reimbursed
  • Passion for events and brand promotions

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing marketing strategies for events
  • Coordinate event setup, visual merchandising, inventory management, and on-site logistics
  • Process and track event sales
  • Serve as Event Manager when necessary
  • Lead by example as an enthusiastic member of the event staff and mentor interns
