Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating events from concept to completion
Manage event logistics, including materials, vendors, and on-site setup
Support creation and distribution of promotional and marketing materials
Engage with attendees, sponsors, and community partners to ensure successful events
Conduct research to identify new event opportunities and community initiatives
Provide administrative support, including record-keeping and communications
Track and report on event performance and outcomes
Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging
Develop and manage event timelines and schedules
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to meet event requirements
Manage event registrations and attendee communications
Support outreach through social media, email campaigns, and marketing channels
Assist with post-event follow-ups and relationship building
