About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Special Events Associate to join our fast-growing event marketing company, providing marketing, advertising, and consulting services to national corporations and high-profile clients. Our team develops research-driven, high-impact campaigns designed to generate new revenue streams through on-site promotions, experiential marketing, and innovative brand activations. As we continue expanding our client portfolio, we are looking for self-driven individuals to support live events and grow into campaign and management roles. This position is a key member of the Special Events team and reports directly to the Promotions Coordinator. Our Special Events Training Program provides hands-on experience in: Marketing & Advertising Sales & Customer Engagement Public Relations & Communications Event Planning & Execution Leadership & Management Development Entry-level candidates gain real-world exposure working with multiple clients, supported by senior leadership and structured mentorship designed to accelerate career growth and confidence. Requirements

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends for events
  • Must have access to a personal vehicle (travel reimbursed)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Promotions Coordinator in developing and executing event marketing strategies
  • Coordinate event setup, visual merchandising, inventory, and on-site logistics
  • Process, track, and support event sales activities
  • Step into an Event Manager role when needed
  • Lead by example as a positive, high-energy team member
  • Support and mentor interns and new team members
