Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and coordinating events from concept to completion
- Manage event logistics, including materials, vendors, and on-site setup
- Support creation and distribution of marketing and promotional materials
- Engage with attendees, sponsors, and community partners
- Conduct research to identify new event opportunities and outreach initiatives
- Provide administrative support, including data tracking and communications
- Track and report on event performance and results
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
- Develop and manage event timelines and schedules
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Handle event registrations and attendee communications
- Support outreach through social media and email marketing campaigns
- Assist with post-event follow-ups and relationship building
