About The Position

Primary Duties & Responsibilities Provide fantastic customer service Review/Implement entertainment/activities schedule POS System Works with Entertainment Lead to develop the Point Sebago FUN Experience… aka "Lifestyle" Conducts quality checks of activities and entertainment (.i.e. equipment, activities, staff interactions with guests, grounds) Identify areas of risk (weather, events, or staffing) Leading and hosting entertainment/activities events Working with activities staff to ensure a high-quality experience Compiling and reviewing participants’ feedback to identify areas for improvement Enforcing safety regulations State, Cove and workplace safety All other duties assigned by Activities Lead or Lifestyle Manager Education & Experience Must be at least 18 years of age Experience in entertainment and recreation related field preferred CPR and First Aid Certified preferred Skills & Abilities Results-oriented and solution-focused with a problem-solving attitude Team player An effective communicator Highly organized Ability to work nights/weekends Passionate about entertainment and recreation Comfortable on a microphone in front of guests Ability to provide experiences to guests of all ages Ability to make critical decisions Living Our Core Values Our Core Values are a way of life, not just empty promises.
