Valet Park of America is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and energetic individual to be in a blended role in our office, functioning as both an Office Assistant and Special Event Coordinator. This is a position that will require extensive communication with potential clients, event planners, and current clients planning weddings, and private events at their homes or off-site venues that are considering our services. Professionalism and attention to detail, while treating each event with the utmost importance are all essential to this position. We are proud members of The Knot's Hall of Fame for their Best of Weddings Program, and we are looking for a team member who will take pride in continuing this excellent reputation. A large portion of this position will involve coordinating travel arrangements with clients hiring our shuttle and parking service, preparing directions, scheduling staff, etc. Additionally, with a blended role as an Office Assistant, responsibilities will include assisting with all incoming phone calls, office visitors, and assisting with orders for both rentals and sales of Mobility Scooters, as well as other roles as needed.
