SRS Real Estate Partners is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Assistant / Event Coordinator to support daily office operations while planning and executing internal and client-facing events. Requirements

  • 2+ years of administrative, office support, or event planning experience
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with event planning tools or CRM systems is a plus
  • Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus
  • Experience in commercial real estate or a professional services environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Creative thinking for event planning and execution

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support to brokers and staff
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling incoming calls
  • Assist with document preparation, presentations, and reporting
  • Support onboarding logistics for new hires (workspace setup, materials, etc.)
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with property management as needed
  • Be the go-to person who keeps daily operations seamless and efficient
  • Create a welcoming, professional experience for clients and visitors
  • Own office organization, supplies, inventory and vendor coordination
  • Help drive a polished, high-energy office environment
  • Plan and execute company events, including client appreciation events, broker meetings, conferences, and team gatherings
  • Manage event logistics: venue selection, catering, invitations, registrations, and on-site coordination
  • Work with internal teams to develop event timelines and budgets
  • Coordinate marketing materials and branding for events
  • Track RSVPs and manage guest communications as well as budget
  • Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event follow-up
