Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Pre-School Special Education Teacher to lead a classroom and provide vital early intervention support for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year. Position Overview: Design and implement specialized lesson plans tailored to the developmental needs of preschool-aged students, ensuring alignment with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Manage a preschool caseload by conducting assessments, monitoring student progress, and facilitating multidisciplinary team meetings. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging space that fosters social, emotional, and academic development for students with diverse needs. Partner with families, therapists, and support staff to provide a holistic approach to early intervention and student success.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field
- Valid Arizona Early Childhood Special Education Certification
- Valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Valid in-person CPR/First Aid Certifications, Food Handlers card, and TB clearance
