Position Overview: Provide specialized instruction to students with dyslexia, utilizing Reading By Design or comparable evidence-based intervention programs in both 1:1 and small group settings. Lead instruction across K-5 core subject areas, adapting curriculum to meet the diverse academic needs of students. Manage student files, document service delivery, and track academic progress to ensure compliance with individualized education goals. Partner with Special Education and Intervention teams to coordinate support and refine instructional strategies for student success.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (Required)
- Valid Texas Special Education Certification for Grades K-5
- Valid Texas Content Area / Generalist Certification (K-5)
- Valid Texas Fingerprint Clearance Card
Responsibilities
