Special Education Teacher/Case Manager - Elementary Grades
About The Position
Seabrook Elementary School is actively seeking a qualified candiate for a Special Education Teacher/Case Manager position to support the Seabrook students who have been identified with IEP's in Grades PK-4. The candidate in this position must be certifed as a Special Education Teacher. This position will require (but not limited to) the following tasks to support students: assessing students with disabilities; developing individualized education programs (IEP's) ; and providing instruction to meet their unique learning needs. The Special Education Teacher will collaborate with general education teachers and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional growth. The Special Education Teacher will serve under the supervision of the Special Education Director.
Requirements
