Oversees all daily operations for school Special education department front counter, manages phones and assists parents, students and staff members Duties: Receives and screens telephone calls and visitors; takes messages for staff; assists visitors by answering questions or providing information regarding school and District policies and procedures; types and translates documents; coordinates distribution of materials to staff and parents as needed. Assists parents with questions regarding schedule and classes; schedules meetings; documents SPED meeting and items as needed; operates office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, computers and other equipment. Performs related duties as assigned.
